Hello!
For years, I’ve found joy in blending my love for flowers and food into meaningful moments. I spent 4 years designing florals, where I learned how thoughtful design can completely transform a space. Over the last 7 years, my husband and I have poured our hearts into growing The Smoked Culture—a restaurant rooted in good food, community, and a passion for creating a space where people feel welcome. Serving Sioux Falls has shown us how much connection can happen around a table.
With a background in marketing and design, I approach each project through a creative and intentional lens—making sure every charcuterie board, floral arrangement, and event detail tells a story. Whether it’s a casual get-together or a large celebration, I believe presentation can elevate the entire experience. Platter & Petal is a natural extension of everything I love: beautiful food, fresh florals, and helping people celebrate life in meaningful ways.
